Shipping Policy

Ready-to-ship products normally leave Miami within one to two business days. Typical U.S. carrier transit is three to five business days. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Custom products are estimated to arrive six to eight weeks after the complete specifications and rendered build sheet are approved. If a delay becomes known, Kachi Gloves will notify the buyer and provide the options required by applicable law.

Standard U.S. shipping is free for orders of $300 or more. Shipping charges for lower-value orders and expedited methods are shown before payment.

International orders

International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and import requirements unless checkout expressly states otherwise. International transit times vary by destination and customs processing.

Tracking and delivery

Tracking information is sent when an order ships. Questions about tracking should be sent to orders@kachigloves.com.

If a package appears lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, contact support@kachigloves.com promptly with the order number and relevant details.
